Couples Therapy
Relationships, sex and divorce are some of the many issues that are destroying our marriages today. Couples face most of these issues alone.
Distant Shores is committed to help couples and individuals work through pain and, frustration by giving a voice to the hurting and frustrated.
Family Therapy
Distant Shores understands today's family structure. Parent's beliefs, values and personalities are just some of the things we talk about in Family Therapy. Our counselors at Distant Shores help families care for each others needs.
Through Family Therapy, Distant Shores's counselors offer each family member a safe place to express their issues. We do this by encouraging an open and honest discussion with other family members. When each family member has a chance to share their heart ache and pain a solution can be reached through therapy.
Counseling & Coaching Services
Group Therapy
Distant Shores is a spiritual counseling center. Our Group Therapy differs from traditional counseling services because we add a personal touch with gender specific open group share.
Distant Shores's male or female counselor will facilitate each group therapy session which will be in a relaxed format. This will allow the group members to share and network with others who are going through the same issues. Groups of ten with room to grow will be held at 7-10 pm Every Friday night. Group topics will rotate and change depending on the needs of the community.
Chaplain Services
Distant Shores LLC provides Chaplin services. Our primary goal is taking care of our local community.
Our Chaplin services seek to share God's love and grace to churches by offering pulpit supply and premarital counseling. Our ministry also helps individuals in hospitals, hospital staff and people who are suffering emotionally, physically and spiritually.
Christian Coaching
Distant Shores offers life coaching to all our clients. Our life coach is highly trained professional that forms a loving relationship with her clients through creativity and art.
Every day we make choices in our lives. These choices range from profound to trivial, but each one of our choices has an effect on us living a fulfilling or less fulfilling life.
Distant Shores's Life coach will help you live a life with purpose by helping you with your self confidence, identity, career change, life balancing, self care, food and nutrition.

Timothy J Leeds is a Christian Cognitive Behavioral Counselor that focuses on serving individuals as they walk through the darkest times of their lives.
Having been in darkness himself, he knows the blessing it is to find rest in his Savior and a trusted counselor.
Timothy's areas of interest: Addictions, Marriages, Singleness, Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement and many family issues.
Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies and holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Cairn University.
Timothy has a passion for people and serves as a counselor and Chaplin in local and surrounding churches.
Timothy enjoys spending time with his son, hiking, thought-provoking movies, fishing and road trips.

From a young age, Danielle talked to God and practiced to rely on him first. This dependence was interpreted by others as ‘independence’ & “strength”. Yet it was always a reliance on Jesus as her everything : provider, protector, & friend. While paying her bills acting in Los Angeles, Danielle’s heart broke open for the hurting characters she was playing. The abused wife, the abusive mom, the oppressed women in the Middle East. With each role, Danielle prayed harder and harder for any women living as her character’s were living. God filled Danielle’s heart with more and more compassion and filled her schedule to match this new heart. Through traditional life coaching tools & techniques, Danielle models how to identify in Christ for all your earthly needs while building a life filled with heart, courage, and compassion.
